At the Dolomiten Residenz ****s Sporthotel Sillian you will find your retreat, your oasis of strength, peace and relaxation. To ensure that you all feel comfortable, there are a few guidelines that we ask you to follow.
Contribute to the relaxing atmosphere in the wellness area and please avoid loud conversations, mobile phone calls or disturbances caused by other noisy activities. Smoking, the consumption of alcohol and bringing food and drink into the wellness area is not permitted. Apples, dried fruit and spring-fresh water are available in the wellness area for a short break in between. For reasons of hygiene, the spa area may not be entered with street shoes, street clothes or pushchairs.
You will find your own bath towels for use in the spa area in the spa bag in your room; additional towels are available at the spa reception and in the sauna area. Out of consideration for our environment, please only use an appropriate quantity of these and throw used towels in the laundry baskets provided.
Sauna area
The sauna area including relaxation rooms is open daily from 2.00 pm to 7.30 pm for adults and young people aged 16 and over. The children's and family sauna takes place on Wednesdays, where children from 6 to 15 years old can get to know the saunas together with their parents.
Please note that the sauna area for adults and children is a nude area for hygiene reasons. However, you are welcome to take a sauna towel with you, which you should also use as an underlay in the dry saunas; in the steam baths, please use the seat cover provided.
Wellness treatments
Please complete the SPA checklist before the start of your treatment and inform us of any special medical conditions, as some treatments are not recommended for certain complaints.
We endeavour to start all treatments on time. Please arrive at the wellness reception on the lower ground floor at least five minutes before your appointment and freshly showered. If you arrive late for your booked appointment, we will have to shorten your treatment accordingly. You must inform us of any cancellations up to 12 hours before the agreed treatment, otherwise the booked treatment will be charged.
