Information for your holiday at the
Dolomiten Residenz ****s Sporthotel Sillian
We offer a weekly active & outdoor programme with fitness, special infusions and much more.
Please let us know of any allergies or intolerances in good time so that our kitchen team can cater for them if possible.
On the day of arrival, the rooms and suites are available from 2.00 pm.
On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms and suites by 10.30 am.

Information about the Marien pharmacy in Sillian, the hospital in Lienz and the surgery hours of the doctors in private practice is available at the hotel reception.
Information about the baby monitor is available at reception. As the baby monitor dials your mobile phone, you may incur telephone charges at the usual rates.
We are also happy to arrange appointments with our babysitters (pre-booking up to 2 weeks before arrival for a fee) so that parents also have time for themselves.
The fluffy bathrobes for adults and children in your room are at your disposal for the duration of your stay. Please leave them in your room on departure. Towelling slippers are also available for you in your room. If the size of the bathrobe or towelling slippers does not fit, you can exchange them at the spa reception. If you would like a change of bathrobes, please also contact the spa reception.
Bath and sauna towels are available for you in the spa bag in your room. If you need fresh bath or sauna towels, you can change them directly at the spa reception. The towels are changed automatically when they are on the floor.
The nearest railway station is in Sillian with connections along the Pustertal Valley to Lienz and Bruneck (IT). We are also happy to pick you up free of charge (if you book in advance) from Sillian or Lienz railway stations.
Our Dolomiten Residenz offers electric charging stations with the latest technology. These reserved spaces are available for charging. A deposit of € 30,- will be charged for the chip. When you return the chip, only the electricity consumption will be charged.
You have 200 V electricity in your room. You can activate the power supply in your room by inserting your room card into the box next to the entrance door.
State-of-the-art Technogym equipment is available in our panorama fitness room on the 1st floor.

Certified wellness trainers invite you to take part in various healthy exercise sessions as part of our activity programme. The meeting point for the sports programme is at the wellness reception. Please refer to our morning post and the weekly programme for the current times.
The nearest airports are in Klagenfurt (178 km away), Salzburg (213 km away) or Innsbruck (150 km away). Further information is available at reception.
At reception and in the morning post at the breakfast table you will receive information about the current Dolomiten Residenz ****s Sporthotel Sillian weekly programme with events, activities, children's programme, daily tips and much more.
Do you have a voucher with you? Please hand it in at reception on arrival so that we can take your voucher into account immediately.

The main entrance door is closed from 22.30 to 06.30. Use the night entrance to the right of the main entrance - down the ramp. The night entrance is located in the basement of the building. You can open the door with your room card.
We charge a cleaning fee per day for your dog (see current price information). Please note that dogs are not permitted in the wellness area or the restaurant.
WLAN is available free of charge throughout the hotel and in the rooms.

For our youngest guests we offer all the necessary facilities, such as cot, changing mat (only in the Häppi Päpi children's club), baby monitor, high chair, etc.
We are happy to wash and iron for you in our laundry. You will find a list of prices and a special laundry bag in your room.
Your appearance contributes significantly to the stylish ambience of our hotel. We appreciate appropriate, discreet clothing in order to maintain the flair of the hotel and ask you to refrain from wearing jogging suits, ski clothing, slippers, bathrobes etc. in the restaurant and dining area. You are welcome to visit our bar in the hotel lobby in your bathrobe until 6.00 pm.
Please book your desired appointment for beauty treatments, treatments and massages in good time at the spa reception or hotel reception - preferably before you arrive. Our trained wellness staff will be happy to advise you. Cancellation of treatments is free of charge up to 12 hours before the treatment.

In your bathroom you will find dispensers with soap and shampoo from our high-quality natural cosmetics line "Magdalena's made in Tyrol".
Our hotel has been awarded the Tyrolean environmental seal of approval. Please contribute to this by using towels sparingly in the wellness area, for example. Thank you very much!
The night entrance is located to the right of the hotel entrance in the basement (accessible from outside via the ramp) - you open the door with your key card. The main entrance is open from 06.30 to 22.30.

There are plenty of free, uncovered parking spaces available directly at the hotel car park. For electric vehicles, we offer two Tesla destination chargers and an e-charging station for standard electric cars.
Thank you for only enjoying your cigarette, cigar or pipe in the designated outdoor areas of the hotel.
We ask you to check and sign the drinks receipts at the hotel bar and in the restaurant every day. Please check and settle the total bill in good time - later complaints cannot be considered.

There is a safe in each room to store your valuables.
The Dolomiten Residenz ****s Sporthotel Sillian is the perfect setting for your successful conferences, seminars and incentives or for a successful celebration. An excellently equipped seminar room, an attractive supporting programme and 4-star superior comfort and service ensure this.
- When purchasing family ski passes for both parents and 2 children aged 6 to 18, each additional child in the family up to the age of 18 travels free of charge.
- Children under approx. 6 years of age (please take the current year of birth rule into account) ski for free.
- Children between approx. 6 and approx. 18 years of age (please take into account the current year of birth rule) receive a discount of approx. 50% on the adult fare.

In the basement there is a separately accessible ski depot next to the night entrance for your winter sports equipment as well as a ski boot dryer. Your room card gives you access to the ski depot.
We are happy to organise ski passes for you. You can obtain these directly from reception by booking in advance the day before until 9.00 pm the following day. The amount for the ski pass will be charged to your room bill (plus KeyCard deposit - will be refunded on return).
1-day ski passes are valid in the Hochpustertal/Sillianer Bergbahnen ski centre.
Multi-day ski passes are valid in the following ski areas: Großglockner-Resort Kals-Matrei, St. Jakob im Defereggental ski centre and Hochpustertal/Sillianer Bergbahnen ski centre.
The valley station of the Hochpustertal ski centre with ski school , sports shop and ski hire is just 170 m from the hotel. As our guest you receive special prices at the Hochpustertal winter sports school.
With the free summit ticket, our guests can use the open summer mountain lifts in the surrounding area free of charge. Valid during the opening hours of the following cable cars:
- Hochpustertaler Bergbahnen
- Großglockner-Resort Kals-Matrei
- St. Jakob mountain railway in Defereggen valley

Sauna area
The sauna area is open daily from 2.00 pm to 7.30 pm. Here you will find a variety of saunas as well as relaxation rooms with heated waterbeds, experience showers and light therapy loungers.
The wellness residence is an absolute relaxation and quiet zone and is also a nude area. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter - except on Wednesdays during the children's and family sauna. For reasons of hygiene, we ask you to refrain from wearing swimwear. Please observe the sauna rules.

Our professionally trained spa staff will be happy to advise you on beauty applications, treatments and massages. Book your desired appointment for facial and body care in good time at reception DW 80 or at the wellness reception.
You are welcome to order your favourite newspaper for your stay at reception (except on Sundays and public holidays).
If you lose your key card, please let us know immediately at reception. After checking your personal details, a new card will be issued and the lost card cancelled.
