Water world

Discover the water world at the 4* superior hotel in Alta Pusteria: indoor pool, heated outdoor pool and natural bathing pond. The spacious garden landscape with loungers invites you to relax. Children can enjoy their own pool with water slide, while babies can enjoy a separate baby pool. A glass partition wall ensures a relaxed atmosphere.

Sauna area

After an active day in Alta Pusteria, treat yourself to pure relaxation in the saunas, steam baths and relaxation areas at the Dolomiten Residenz ^****s Sporthotel Sillian. Warmth, water beds and relaxation loungers invite you to switch off.

Please note that the sauna area is a nude area for adults and children for reasons of hygiene. However, you are welcome to take a sauna towel with you, which you should also use as an underlay in the dry saunas; in the steam baths, please use the seat cover provided.

Ritter steam bath (42 - 45 °C)

Mild radiant heat, 100% humidity and pure essential natural aromas create a harmonious experience of inhalation steam and natural fragrances. Length of stay: approx. 15 minutes.

Tyrolean herbal bath (55 °C)

A gentle sweat bath with radiant heat and exquisite herbs such as camomile, rosemary and lavender pampers body and soul. Separate alcoves provide privacy. Length of stay: approx. 20-30 minutes.

Salt stone grotto (42 °C)

The brine tunnel with finely atomised salt brine supports the respiratory tract and nourishes with eucalyptus and mint extracts. Humidity: 42-45 %. Length of stay: approx. 15 minutes. Peelings are carried out by the sauna master according to the sauna plan.

East Tyrolean organic sweat parlour (65 °C)

Sauna in a rustic ambience made of natural high mountain wood. Natural flavour infusions promote circulation, detoxification and care of the skin and respiratory tract. Length of stay: approx. 10-15 minutes.

East Tyrolean mountain pine sauna (90 °C)

Spacious, light-flooded log sauna with natural aroma infusions. Relaxation and aroma infusions are carried out by the sauna master according to the sauna plan.

Ice crystal magic

Ice flakes from the ice fountain revitalise the skin and stimulate the circulation.

Another tip for relaxing: One day a week, the sauna world at the Wellnessresidenz opens its doors to children and families. Children's sauna & family sauna in the sauna area every Wednesday from 2.00 pm to 7.30 pm for children aged 6 and over. The sauna area is also a nude area for children, but you are welcome to bring a towel!
