Worth knowing
- The rooms and suites are available from 14.00 on the day of arrival at the earliest.
- The reservation is binding if a deposit of 10% of the total amount per room is received within 7 days of receipt of the written request for a deposit.After receipt of the deposit you will receive the booking confirmation.
- A further 50% of the holiday price is due on arrival. Alternatively, full payment by bank transfer is also possible up to 3 working days before arrival. The remaining amount is to be paid on the day of departure.
- The entire amount is due at check-in
- We accept EC/debit cards and credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club)
- The Austrian hotel contract conditions and Austrian law apply.
Cancellation conditions
Nobody wishes for it and yet cancellations can happen. We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
SUMMER 2025
Room cancellations are only valid in writing and are subject to Austrian law.
- up to 29 days before the start of your holiday there are no cancellation costs
- 28 to 4 days before the start of the holiday we charge 50% of the package price
- from 3 days before the start of the holiday or in case of no-show we charge 80% of the booked stay
WINTER 2024/2025
Room cancellations are only valid in writing and are subject to Austrian law.
Season A (06.12.24-20.12.24, 06.01.25-31.01.25, 15.03.25-20.04.25)
- up to 29 days before the start of the holiday there are no cancellation costs
- 28 to 4 days before the start of the holiday we charge 50% of the package price
- from 3 days before the start of the holiday or in the event of a no-show, we charge 80% of the booked stay
Season B (01.02.25-14.03.25)
- until 30.11.2024 there are no cancellation costs
- from 01.12.2024 up to 4 days before the start of the holiday we charge 50% of the package price
- from 3 days before the start of the holiday or in the event of a no-show, we charge 80% of the booked stay
Season C (21.12.24-05.01.25)
- until 31.10.2024 there are no cancellation costs
- from 01.11.2024 up to 4 days before the start of the holiday we charge 50% of the package price
- from 3 days before the start of the holiday or in case of no-show we charge 80% of the booked stay
